How to sign up for Heyhotel AI

To sign up for Heyhotel AI, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the Heyhotel AI website Go to https://www.heyhotel.ai and click on Request Demo.
  2. Submit your details Fill in the form with your hotel information, contact person name, email address and preferred language.
  3. Demo and qualification Our team will review your request and contact you to schedule a demo. During this session, we evaluate your needs and confirm integration requirements.
  4. Account creation After the demo and approval, your Heyhotel AI account is created by our team.
  5. Next steps Once your account is active, you can proceed with the Cloudbeds authorization and integration process.

How to connect with Cloudbeds for the first time

  1. Log in to your Cloudbeds account.
  2. Click Account in the top right corner and navigate to Apps & Marketplace.
  3. Search for Heyhotel AI in the marketplace search bar.
  4. Click the button.
  5. Authorize Heyhotel AI to access your Cloudbeds account.
  6. If you manage multiple properties under the same Cloudbeds account, select the properties you would like to connect with Heyhotel AI.
  7. After the connection is completed, our team will share your Heyhotel AI account credentials via email.
  8. An introductory onboarding call is then scheduled. During this call, we complete the onboarding process and provide a full walkthrough of the configuration and features.

Heyhotel AI is seamlessly integrated with Cloudbeds through a robust 2-way connectivity. Key features include:

  • Enables end-to-end guest journeys, from inquiry and availability checks to reservation creation directly in Cloudbeds.
  • Allows the AI agent to provide real-time answers about rates, availability, policies and reservation details.
  • Supports reservation creation and guided booking flows across voice and text channels.
  • Upsell & Folio Management, Our system supports advanced upsell functionality and enables seamless addition of items directly to the guest folio.

How to disconnect?

You can disconnect Heyhotel AI from your Cloudbeds account at any time by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Cloudbeds account.
  2. Click Account in the top right corner and navigate to Apps & Marketplace.
  3. Locate Heyhotel AI under your connected apps.
  4. Click on Heyhotel AI and select Disconnect App.
  5. Confirm the disconnection when prompted.
